Precision When It Matters – Together with YiNGUAN.
Precise linear and rotary axes are no longer sufficient today. With increasing demands in the semiconductor industry, photonics, medical technology, and laboratory automation, one topic is becoming increasingly important: system accuracy.
Applications at the physical limit can hardly be realized with classic automation. In order to be able to offer solutions in the sub-micrometer and sub-nanometer range, we have established a technology partnership with YiNGUAN Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., based in Shanghai, China – a highly specialized manufacturer of ultraprecise motion systems. Since its founding in 2019, YiNGUAN has consistently pursued the goal of developing motion systems that combine the highest accuracy, stability, and dynamics – down to the sub-nanometer range.
That is why we are taking the next step with YiNGUAN.
Over the years, we have steadily developed our own portfolio: from components and mechatronic subsystems to fully integrated, commissioned, and calibrated system solutions – including controls and software. Today, we supply systems that not only move, but also precisely align, join, position, measure, and inspect in the nanometer range during the process. Standalone or in-line.
The requirements for the partnership with YiNGUAN are clear: expertise, quality, and absolute reliability – that is the least our customers can expect from this partnership.
